NES-Hacks: Your home for Wii and DS Hacking!

I've used this plenty of times and thought i'd share it with everyone here. Its from GBAtemp, i think you have to sign up to download it. It works on most slot 1 flash cards

How it started
This is the official cheat compilation thread now currently being maintained by me, Narin. It was previously maintained by a great man who goes by Rayder on GBATemp. He dedicated a good portion of his time every day to the cheat database for everyone to enjoy, but due to his new job and real life, passed the torch on to me. I will try to live up to Rayder's dedication and update the cheat database at least once a day as codes are released.

What is supported
This cheat databases SHOULD work for R4DS, M3 Simply/Real, G6DS Real, DS TopToy, Acekard RPG/2, Supercard, CycloDS, EDGE and others as well as all their clones. If you are unsure what file to use for your flashcart, check out the help file located within the archive.

Credit
Most of the cheats contained in the cheat compilation database were gathered from various places from around the net or submitted by members of GBATemp. Credits for all the cheats in the dat belong to the hackers who created them. If your codes are included within the dat and your name isn't in the credits, please contact me so I can make the correction. This database does not belong to any one person, its a community effort and therefor belongs to the GBATemp community as a whole. As with Rayder and Grimalkin in the past, I simply maintain the cheat database to the benefit of all.

How its all done
The program used to maintain the database is R4CCE. This program was created by Yasu Software and is what makes it possible to maintain this database for all of you. As Rayder said in the past, this database wouldn't be possible in its current form if it wasn't for Yasu and for SkH for bringing it to his attention. These two talented people deserve our thanks.

Here is a great tutorial on how to use the R4CCE by Twiffles. I suggest you all should learn how to use R4CCE if yyou ever want to modify the cheat dat and add your own cheats to it.

For R4DS users and its clones
The R4DS contains a flaw that prevents some cheats from working on it. Though luckily there is a fix! Thanks to Yasu, the creator of R4CCE, there is a patch for the R4DS kernel that makes the cheats work. The program is called r4bugfix2 and you can get it on Yasu's English software page here. Its easy enough to use, all you have to do is simply drop your _DS_MENU.DAT file from the R4 kernel on the r4bugfix.exe program. and it will patch it. Alternately, you can copy the file to the same folder as the r4bugfix file and click the execute. Afterwards, place the patched _DS_MENU.DAT file on your flashcart. Also, as with updating your firmware, I suggest deleting the _DS_MENU.SYS file and allow the R4DS to recreate it to prevent problems.

How to Download
The current version of the cheat database, as Rayder had done it, will be located in my signature.

If you can't see my signature at the bottom of every one of my posts/replies and therefore can't download the cheat.dat, follow these instructions to enable seeing sigs in people's posts:

Click on "My Controls", then in the left sidebar select "Board Settings." Find the option called, "Do you wish to view members signatures when reading topics?" and set it to "Yes". Then click "Change My Account Options."

Final Note
Please keep on topic here and be civil. I'm spending my free time maintaining this cheat database for all of you. All I ask in return is keep things from getting chaotic here.

Do not ask us to make cheats for you, we don't create cheats, we simply gather them into one place. The cheat database.

Do not just simply ask for cheats for a game and expect them to be added right away. Some games don't have cheats and it may take some time to find some. For best results, post or link to some cheats for the game you want and they will be added.

Do not repeat yourself. Simply make your request once and thats it. Theres no reason to make a hundred posts requesting codes for a certain game or requesting a certain code.

To R4DS Users:
To R4 users and its clones, use either CHEAT.dat or USRCHEAT.dat and not both, using both will cause some codes and games not to show up.
