New CIOS.
I just got Animal Crossing and Wii Speak, and I'm not sure if they would make me update, so I was looking to install the new CIOS.
I have a few questions...
Do I have to downgrade my wii *and if so, can I get a link to a tutorial?"
Also how do I run a .dol file?
If someone just has an overall tutorial I would greatly appriciate it.

you should refer to the homebrew channel tutorial
as far as how to use.dols
and the new cios wont prevent any updates
but you could run it thru the gecko os to prevent updates
when you play
