I just finish browsing around with my Wii when i wanted to go into Wii Shopping Channel (im 3.3U), when i try to login there's a notice asking me to update my Wii via Wifi then only i can go into Wii Shopping Channel. Is it a 3.4 update? Damn scared....

Andrewcha don't update your Wii for the time being, we don't know what the update blocks. It could block a lot of home brew

sorry been away for days, so is it safe now to update ur Wii to 3.4...? Will the downgrader still works? Need confirmation due to my chip. Thanks a bunch.

I'll say this again; what ever you do do not update your Wii to 3.4 FW, if you need to access the wiihshop then get the Wii Shop and IOS51 installer

you should google safe update 3.3
its a life saver
it install ios 51 and the shop channel update
i made a post for it somewhere lol

just install the IOS51/Shop Channel update and you will be alright. To be honest there is no real need to install any of it.

thanks guys. i think i did saw sic-suicide files before, is it the updater noob version?
so just use the Twilight Hack and install right? Then from homebrew channel install the shopping update?

i'd put the files of IOS5 and shop update into apps folder for my homebrew channel. Error occured which wrote 'something something cant detect http address'? any idea about it?

WiiConnect 24 on? double check your wifi connection. Uninstall it and reinstall it.
