Yesterday me and my brother got into an argument so he dissconnected my Wii and then he hit it on the door and dropped it on the carpet pretty hard, later on i went to check if there was any damage, and holy S***, Not even a single scratch! everything works fine, and to be soo lucky without a scratch..no seriously. what is the wii's casing made out of? i know plastic but is it ment to be hard etc.

My Wii has fallen a few times, Nintendo's products are usually well built. Although my GC broke two times from little falls ...

Yea, nintendo really knows how to make durable consoles, im pretty sure i saw this test on xplay a long time back where the xbox, ps2 and gamecube were put through wear and tear tests and the only one to survive without a part breaking off and actually work was the gamecube. Maybe the government should adopt some of that indestructability material from Nintendo :p

its some type of durable plastic. I accidentally chipped off a couple of pieces while removing the stickers. Its a pretty good piece of work

Damn, I had a closer inspection i found
a corner chipped, the top left one
and about, 15 unnoticeable small scratches
ok now I'm mad.. anyway, are Wii cases hard to install? I usually break things opening them so ill find a pro in my area to do it for me.. i want to install this case http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=70193

My personal opinion, this case is disgusting but anyway look for a good tutorial on dismantling the Wii and take your time
