Getting closer?
Are we getting closer to playing burned games on
an un-modded Wii?
with this new ios rev.3
here are the changes
[ CIOS37 rev 03 ]:
- ES_AddTicketStart() title version check removed.
- ES_DeleteTicket() and ES_DeleteTitle() now can delete system titles.
- ES_SetUID() check removed.
anyone got a guess?

seriously, we can only predict what the future holds. At this rate, the way im seeing it, either we get something before the end of the year, or dont expect any softmods to come to the Wii.
Thats just how i see it. The Wii is being opened at a very fast rate, i dont see it going anywhere if there is no softmod by the end of the year

I was thinking within the next couple months
Wii-scene will be riddled with all sorts of soft mods
Hell even the Ps3 scene is picking up
but ive left my ps3 behind for my wii

I actually suspect we will see a proof of concept ISO loader in the next month. By the end of summer, we should have a working BETA that will at least let us play backed up games. This is how I see it. With so many coders dedicated to one thing, we will get far. Look how far Dark_Alex got with the PSP. Imagine that effort concentrated with that many developers.
The Wii scene will only pick up from here
