Some Common Sense Forum Rules
In my attempts to make this site as good as possible, I am posting some common sense rules that are simple to follow.
1 DO NOT post links to copyrighted or illegal material such as games/ISOs, copyrighted music, videos and software. You link, your banned
2 DO NOT ask for links to copyrighted material by posting or private messaging. You ask, your banned
3 To prevent your thread/post being deleted/locked, use the SEARCH function
4 To prevent your thread/post being deleted/locked, DO NOT post nonsense or untrue statements, such as threads flaming (or praising) others.
5 To prevent your thread/post being deleted/locked, POST IN THE RIGHT SECTION; if you are asking for help, post in the help section
6 DO NOT post in all caps. Its annoying and offenders will be warned
7 DO NOT make a thread saying how many posts you have. People don't care.
8 DO NOT use any racial slurs, racist comments or discriminatory comments towards other members. If you're guilty, you're banned
9 DO NOT post the same topic more than once. Duplicates will be deleted
10 DO NOT make threads/posts advertising your site.
11 Bear in mind that not all users know how to hack their console. Please resist the urge to flame new users because they don't know how to hack.
12 If for some reason you are banned for a few days (referred to as a suspension), DO NOT make duplicate accounts. If you do your ban could extend to a permanent ban.
13 Trolling and making duplicate accounts is also ban material, so DON'T!
14 We do have members under the age of 13, so please no excessive swearing or pornographic material.

Not all the rules are here, so if a Moderator or Administrator may ban you for a reason not listed here so use common sense
Follow these simple rules and you should be fine

There is no way to monitor private messages. I'm on my Wii, but I'll address these issues when I can type better :p

You did cover it in the first section of the guide. I like it because it was simple, but a few of these could be added as common sense forum rules.

Well, yeah. Is more forum news than actual news about the scene. If we have this topic, it should be stickied in the Help section, or as part of the guide in our userbar.

Like I said, I don't support pirating, but if you chooe to do so, all I'm willing to say is we can't monitor Private Messages in any way, shape, or form.
And this is (in my opinion) the first step to this section being post restricted for regular users. No offence to anyone, but this shouldn't be a place to fight or argue over stuff.
What this MIGHT come to (which is unneccessary right now) is making so that everyone can make posts and read the forum, but no one (other than mods) can post topics. I think (if it has to come to that) that it's fair enough.
