so I have a fat DS not the slim. From my understanding after doing some reading all I need to play homebrew, roms, etc. is

CycloDS

Is this all I need? And is that website trustworthy as far as selling genuine cycloDS? if not, where did you guys buy your genuine ones? And is the CycloDS only compatible with certain NDS? mines is the old fat one, I'm not sure which version. Thanks.

yeah pretty much all you need is a flashcart which a CycloDS is a good one to have. And a microSD card, i would recommend a 4gig SD card.

i havent bought from DealXtreme before but I have heard both good and bad from it. I hear they have a lot of non-genuine things and are out of stock on a lot of there items. But I also hear that people get there orders really quick.

I would do more research on that place. ask around.

I will vouch for DealXtreme as everything I have purchased from them has been genuine (unless stated in product description), been ordering from them for about a year now with no complaints or problems. Very friendly people and fairly fast shipping too.

It is the best, but there are many cheaper options. If all your looking for is to run backups it'll only run you around 20 bux shipped. I"m just putting that out there cause back in the day people thought that they absolutely HAD TO buy an R4

id rather just stick to sites that i know are trustworthy... might spend myself a few more bucks but i know ill get in a timely matter
