do mp3's work with the shell closed?
I'm a noob, first and foremost
I've been thinking about getting a flash card and have been wondering do anything of the mp3 apps work with the DS shell closed?

yup. they work just fine but just remember that the DS was NOT made as an MP3 player so the speakers are horrible. Plug in a head/ear phone

yeah with headphones definately, but will all/most apps work with the shell closed?

Moonshell will definely work with it closed. M3Sakura will work also. Most apps will work. some wont. its a pick and choose thing
