Wii Backup Loader Channel

A wii backup Loader Channel was just released

Info:

WiiGator Over at Tehskeen created an open source backup loader based off of Gecko OS and waninkoko's backup loader source to create a backup loading version. It fixes the NTSC issues, and has faster load times reported with some games, and fixes some audio sync issues. seems no other compatability issues are fixed. source is available on the original thread. Dont know if Cheats work. Games still need to be decrypted

*Bugs Fixed
-all NTSC issues
-some desyncronization in audio
-games load faster
-more compatibilty

*New things added
-Support for Gecko OS 1.6
-Ocarina Wii cheat app support

I am not sure if the author wants the gecko OS tagged channel floating around, he changed it to make sure the author of gecko os wasn't connected to it. he updated the source to reflect that.

"EDIT: Please redownload and don't share the old version. Name of application has been changed. The original authors don't support this and don't want to be mentioned."

not sure if the .WAD is the new or old.

Found a downlaod with it already compiled
and made into channel
VERY NICE!
it is alot faster and no B&W games

with this my ntsc mariokart actually boots properly. now, i gotta see if i can play online with it.

now listening to....lamb of god and old metallica. wait a minute, lamb of god is the NEW old metallica.

NO! Someone with very little posts dosen't get my vote (if you know what I mean) but I'm sure big N is working 24/7 to get a working patch to paste up the hole this loader uses and 'amen' when they do.

I would stick to getting your Wii chipped.
