SimonKagstrom has release the amiga emulator for wii and here is the list of changelog:
Version 3
- Correct banner showing errors. With this fix, a dialogue box is now opened if kick.rom is missing
- Support Cloanto’s amiga forever ROMs in the default config
You should have a Amiga rom to initialize the emulator:) ,you can buy/pay for it from Amiga forever CD from Cloanto

Tantric has published FCE Ultra GX, it is a modified port of FCE Ultra v0.98.12. You can play NES games on your Wii/GameCube with it, find changelog below:

Author Raz0red has just released a new version of the port of Prosystem emulator and here is some changelog included:
Lightgun support
High score cartridge support
Increased accuracy of Maria cycle timing, games now run at close to their intended speed (One on One, Tower Toppler, Summer Games, KLAX, Karateka, etc.)
Increased compatibility for PAL games (Ballblazer, Commando, and Food Fight now work)
Audio now sounds as it should regardless of frequency (PAL games and custom frame rates)
Timers now properly take into consideration cycles generated via Maria and during WSYNC
Changes to ProSystem database format
Maria cycles are now enabled by default (option 0×1 now disables Maria, the opposite of before)
Ability to adjust the lightgun crosshair offset per game
All games now have Maria cycles and WSYNC enabled in the ProSystem database (with the exception of MIA)
Console switch defaults updated to work with the majority of games
Additions to debug output (Maria vs. CPU cycles, timer info, etc.)
Other games improved by various changes
Kung Fu Master no longer has the lines in the upper left corner of display and the Fuji logo appears as it should (if using BIOS)
Midnight Mutants has less graphical glitches
Summer Games has less graphical glitches
Plutos has slightly less graphical glitches
Fixed save/restore state issue for games that use RIOT timers.

PS : there is some audio problem as it is related to the resampling algorithm used by ProSystem

PCSX-Revolution is a port of the PlayStation (One) emulator, PCSX, to the Nintendo Wii (formerly named Revolution).
Firnis is acutally for better UI and speed up the programme. Now the PCSX_Revolution has a known bug- Rarely “Code dump” with “Show FPS” turned on. Not high priority, so just turn it off.

Seems like if there is an emulator that can be ported then someone will port it to the Wii! Wii7800 is as you’ve guessed an Atari 7800 emulator.

Being ported over to the Wii is the popular Amiga emulator UAE

Changelog

* This version has only received light testing and there will be bugs
o Graphics look bad in Workbench, but hey - who cares about that?
* There is a menu, but few menu options actually work. Patches are welcome!
Installation
Untar the binary release on your SD card, which gives you a structure as follows:
uae/
uae/uaerc
uae/floppies/
uae/roms/
uae/harddisks/
uae/saves/
apps/uae/
apps/uae/boot.dol
apps/uae/…
Amiga kickstart images go into uae/roms/, with the default name from uaerc being kick.rom. You’ll need to download this yourself. Thereafter put your floppy images in uae/floppies/ and you are set to go.

Wii2600 is a port of Atari 2600 emulator Stella, it was released on Feb 17 this year and is looking very promising and it’s pretty well done. It has amazing controller set-up and compatibility.
